Key Responsibilities:Application Integration: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable integration solutions between various software applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Pharmacy Management Systems, and other relevant systems.Utilize integration technologies such as APIs (REST, SOAP), message queues and data exchange standards to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.Develop and maintain integration interfaces, ensuring data accuracy, security, and timely exchange.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of integrated systems.ABDM Integration: Lead the integration of existing systems and applications with the ABDM platform, ensuring compliance with ABDM standards and specifications.Develop and implement data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy within the ABDM ecosystem.Work closely with ABDM stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.Healthcare IT Standards: Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare IT standards, including HL7, FHIR, and other relevant standards, in all integration projects.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare interoperability standards and technologies.Project Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.Document all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.Qualifications:BE/ BTech/BCA/ MCA/ MTech/MBA or equivalent qualification 5 + years of experience in application integration, with a strong focus on healthcare IT systems.In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs (REST, SOAP), message queues, and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).Experience with healthcare IT standards and regulations.Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bonus Points:Experience with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) framework.Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with DevOps practices and tools.Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, HL7).
